Complaints and replacements

We are committed to delivering you quality goods that meet your expectations and are to your complete satisfaction. However, just like any other shop, there may be times when something goes wrong, clothes don't fit as they should or simply don't meet your expectations. In this case, we generally follow the Terms and Conditions and specifically the following points:

Legal jargon and formal clauses in Terms and Conditions are rarely appealing to anyone, so whenever possible, we always prefer a human and understanding approach.

  where you simply drop the package off at a pickup point or have a driver collect it directly from any address.
   

Please include a brief note with your order number, a description of the issue, whether you would like to return, exchange, or claim the item, and also your bank account number for the refund. You can also use SAMPLE FORM FOR WITHDRAWAL FROM CONTRACT.

Please note that for hygiene reasons, underwear, vibrators, dildos, vibrating eggs, inflatable dolls, etc. cannot be returned if they have been removed from their original packaging. Such items can only be returned if there is a manufacturing defect. Please always test any other clothing over underwear and specifically do not polish latex clothing before testing it for the first time Latex should only be tested initially using protective powder and over underwear! Simply put, items returned due to incorrect size or because they don’t meet your expectations must be undamaged and suitable for resale.
