Discreet shipments are a matter of course with us!

The package with the goods is always a clean, single-coloured, inconspicuous cardboard box, with only the label of the transport company (PPL) stuck on it. On the label is the customer's delivery address and phone number. The sender of the parcel is always a natural person with the address Martin Hrubý, Fučíkova 323, 549 54 Police nad Metují. Nowhere on the package is the content of the parcel indicated, nor is it stated that it is a sex shop or any other shop.

Also, all our bank accounts, both current transfer account, PayPal and PayU accounts are in the name of Martin Hrubý, not MH Sexshop. We have made every effort to ensure that the name MH Sexshop does not appear on your bank account statement. Unfortunately, this cannot be ensured in all cases.

• When paying via the PayU payment gateway (credit cards, quick bank transfers,...), the store's web address will appear on your statement: mhsexshop.com. This is due to the rules and technical settings of the payment system and we cannot change it.
• When paying via PayPal you will see the payee's email address: obchod@mhsexshop.com, which is the email address our PayPal account is registered to.

If you want the name of the website: mhsexshop.com to not actually appear anywhere, we recommend that you choose to pay by classic bank transfer.
