Delivery dates

Time availability of goods are listed directly next to specific items in the e-shop. If you order multiple items with different availability, the availability of the longest one applies to the whole order. On the day we receive all the items you have ordered from the suppliers, we will send them to your address immediately, as a complete order in one package, and we will inform you of the dispatch by email.

We are aware of the somewhat longer delivery times for most items, which range from 3 - 5 weeks and for some items even several months. The reason for this is that these are usually custom-made goods and the vast majority of the range on offer is still being manufactured on an order-by-order basis. We should also point out that we are not a mega company with huge warehouses, so we reorder a significant part of mass-produced items from our suppliers' warehouses.

You know that it is in our interest to deliver every order to you as soon as possible and we do our best to do so, but we are limited by the capabilities and capacity of the aforementioned, foreign manufacturers and suppliers. If you are in a hurry for some items and do not want to wait until the complete order is in stock, please indicate this in the notes before placing your order or contact us by phone (+420 608 926 623) or email (obchod@mhsexshop.com). In this case, we charge a shipping fee for each package sent.

In stock and ready for immediate dispatch, you'll find items that are sold daily or products from cancelled orders, usually offered at a discount, and more.
