Complaints and replacements

Our top priority is to deliver quality goods that meet your expectations and suit you perfectly. However, there may be situations where something goes wrong, the clothing doesn't fit, or simply doesn't meet your expectations. In such cases, we generally follow our Terms and Conditions, specifically the sections:

Online Withdrawal from the Purchase Contract

To withdraw from the purchase contract, go to your account, open the specific order, and click on "Withdraw from the contract".
You can also find the withdrawal link in the original order confirmation email. This also works for customers without a customer account.

Free Return of Goods

For returning items, use EASY FREE RETURNS, where you simply bring the package to a pickup point or have the driver pick it up at any address.

Please include a brief letter with the order number, a description of the issue, whether you want to return, exchange, or claim the goods, and also the account number where you want the money refunded. You can also use the SAMPLE WITHDRAWAL FORM.

Goods That Cannot Be Returned

Please note that for hygiene reasons, underwear, vibrators, dildos, vibrating eggs, inflatable dolls, etc., cannot be returned if they have been removed from their original packaging. Such items can only be returned if there is a manufacturing defect. Please try on any other clothing over underwear, and specifically do not polish latex clothing before the first fitting! Initially try latex only with protective powder and over underwear! Simply put, goods returned due to unsuitable size or other dissatisfaction must not be damaged and must be fit for resale.
