Shipping

We deliver goods from our e-shop reliably and discreetly throughout the Czech Republic, Slovakia, and other EU countries.

Czech Republic

Orders are shipped via PPL, either:

• directly to your chosen address
• or to the network of pickup points and lockers – PPL Parcelshop (map)

You can also pick up your order in person in Police nad Metují. Please arrange the pickup time in advance:

Slovakia

Orders are delivered by our trusted logistics partner Slovak Parcel Service (SPS), either:

• to your chosen address
• or to the network of Slovak pickup points and lockers – ParcelShop (map)

Delivery is fast and cost-effective, usually within 2 business days.

Other EU Countries

Orders to other EU countries are also shipped via PPL, which automatically hands the parcel over to the international carrier DHL.
Delivery time depends on the destination country (typically 3 – 7 business days).

Shipping costs and delivery options are displayed in the cart once you select your delivery country.

Gift Vouchers

Gift vouchers are sent exclusively by e-mail.

Payment

We offer several payment methods, which you can select during checkout:

• Payment cards – Visa, MasterCard
• Google Pay
• Apple Pay
• Standard bank transfer – from any bank (including IBAN/SWIFT for international payments)
• Cash – for in-person pickup

After completing your order, you will receive all payment instructions on-screen and by e-mail.
Bank details such as account number, IBAN, SWIFT, etc., can also be found in the Contact section.

Shipping costs vary depending on the destination country and delivery method.
The exact amount will be displayed in the cart after selecting your country and delivery option.
