So what to wear on the feet?

There are 3 ideal solutions, and each is suitable for different situations.

• If you are moving around at home, on a clean floor, or in bed, latex socks will suffice. Regular or preferably toe socks.
• Very popular and commonly used are high lace-up boots like Steel, Martens, New Rock. They are usually leather, but with a bit of effort, you can find patent leather ones, and that's really awesome!
• And if you want nothing but rubber on you, then you simply need wellington boots!

Sure, you can jump into the nearest shoe store or garden supplies and buy rubber boots for a few bucks. You won't have a problem with black color, but there will always be a fabric lining inside. If that doesn't bother you, OK, you've won. But if you're really serious about it, then you won't hesitate and will go for unlined wellington boots.

• If you truly love Heavy Rubber, you simply need to feel the rubber from the inside, and it doesn't matter whether you have a bare foot or three more pairs of rubber socks in there.
